doc, my tail is getting shorter…
I went to the doctor the other day and paid him some money for his advice. I knew all those things myself but I must pay someone else to tell me before I can pay attention. Classics! We talked for 10 mins and this is what he said, "Cut down on or avoid your favorite foods, eat more of those you don’t like and do a favor to kick your ass out of your bed to break some sweat early in the morning, at least four times a week. Come back two weeks later and pay me again." So simple, yeah so easy….

babawasan upang hininga’y madagdagan
